To ensure the smooth operation of the host equipment, regularly maintain the dc hydraulic power unit, which includes important parts such as the flap cooler, stabilizer, and dryer. This maintenance will improve the unit’s service life and use efficiency.
Maintenance points for daily use
1、 The DC hydraulic power unit is not in a refueling state, so you need to add hydraulic oil before use. If you notice that the oil level is low daily, supplement the hydraulic oil in a timely manner to keep it at the 2/3 position in the sight glass. Additionally, check the condition of the hydraulic oil to ensure that the hydraulic station’s working environment remains clean. If you find that the hydraulic oil has deteriorated, replace it immediately with new oil;
2、 Oil: N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil;
3、 Refuelling volume: in the dc hydraulic power unit’s side observation mirror 2/3 position, the first refuelling volume is about 50L;
4、 Oil pressure normal can be adjusted to 8-10 pressure;
5、 When you first use the system, clean the tank and replace the hydraulic oil after 6 months. For normal use, clean the tank every 18 months and change the oil as needed. For systems with return oil filtration, you should clean the filter element periodically—every three months is recommended—to prevent clogging of the return oil, which can cause serious damage to the hydraulic components or pump.
6、With water cooling system, should maintain sufficient cooling water, pipeline smooth, to prevent the oil temperature is too high;
7、After 2 months of use, check the pipe joints and other connections for looseness and re-tighten them if needed;
8、 The system allows the working temperature below 65 degrees;
Debugging Points
1. Relief valve:
Regulate the working pressure and control the cylinder force;
System pressure: do not exceed 16MPa;
Adjustment: adjust the relief valve centre screw clockwise rotation, the system pressure becomes larger, and vice versa becomes smaller;
2. Throttle valve:
Adjust the flow rate and control the speed of cylinder extending/retracting;
Adjustment: adjust the throttle valve in the screw clockwise rotation cylinder speed becomes slower, and vice versa becomes faster;
Note: any adjustment must be in the equipment with material production cylinder action; please refer to the manual for details.
3、 Control procedure:
Motor operation can not be set normally open, such as coolers or dryers and other flap on the need to discharge action: start the motor – solenoid valve action; discharge end: solenoid valve loss of power – motor shutdown.
4、 the first run, point to check the oil pump motor rotation and motor on the logo should be consistent.
