The hydraulic power station consists of a frame, tank, pump, engine, and debris removal cartridge. The frame securely mounts the tank, engine, regulator, debris removal cartridge, and water removal cartridge. The installation places the oil pump inside the tank, connecting the engine’s output end to the pump drive. The oil tank features a first inlet and a first outlet. The regulator contains a valve body, which has a valve cavity inside it. The valve body has a second inlet and a second outlet. The valve cavity contains a spool that matches the second inlet. The spool has a steel ball set on it, and the valve cavity includes the second inlet and the second outlet.
The valve cavity includes both a second inlet and a second outlet. Within the valve cavity, there is a spool corresponding to the second inlet. I fitted the spool with a steel ball. Additionally, the valve cavity contains a regulating nut. I placed a regulating rod between the steel ball and the regulating nut. Springs connect the regulating rod to the regulating nut. The valve body also includes a third outlet, which directly connects to the second inlet, and a third inlet, which directly connects to the second outlet. The second inlet and outlet, both directly connected to the second outlet, equip the regulator.
Furthermore, the valve body has a third outlet connected through the second inlet, a third inlet connected through the second outlet, and a valve cover compatible with the regulating nut. The oil outlet end of the oil pump, the first outlet, and the second inlet are all interconnected through piping. The second outlet is connected to the first inlet via piping. The third outlet is linked to the input end of the hydraulic equipment through piping. Piping sequentially connects the output end of the hydraulic equipment to the debris removal cartridge, the water removal cartridge, and the third inlet.

Hydraulic power station working principle:
In a portable hydraulic power unit, the engine drives the oil pump to work. This process causes the oil in the tank to flow through the oil pump outlet, the first outlet, and the second inlet into the regulator. When the oil pressure at the second inlet exceeds a certain level, it acts on the steel ball in the regulator valve chamber. This pressure pushes against the regulator lever, causing the lever to move upward. As a result, an axial gap forms between the steel ball and the spool of the valve.
At this point, oil flows from the second inlet to the hydraulic equipment through the third outlet, enabling the hydraulic equipment to function. Meanwhile, the remaining oil in the valve chamber, the second outlet, and the first inlet flows back to the tank, completing the circuit.
Part of the oil flows to the hydraulic equipment through the third outlet for the hydraulic equipment, the other part is sequentially through the valve cavity, the second outlet, the first inlet back to the tank, so as to play the role of pressure relief, in the above process, through the adjustment of the pressure regulating nut, change the amount of compression of the spring, so that can play the effect of regulating the pressure. Hydraulic equipment outputs oil, which then flows in sequence through the removal of impurities filter element, the water filter element, the third inlet, the second outlet, and the first inlet back to the tank. During the oil return process, the removal of impurities filter element effectively filters out impurities in the oil. Additionally, the removal of water filter element effectively filters out water in the oil.
