The solenoid hydraulic valve controls the pressure, flow, and direction of fluid in hydraulic transmission and plays a crucial role in our modern life. We use the hydraulic solenoid valve to control fluid in automation infrastructure components, and it acts as an actuator. We use the solenoid hydraulic valve to control the direction of hydraulic flow. Since factories generally control mechanical devices with hydraulic cylinders, they use the solenoid hydraulic valve. So what are the common types of hydraulic solenoid valves?
Solenoid hydraulic valve can be divided into three types according to their functions: hydraulic flow control valves, hydraulic pressure control valves, hydraulic directional control valves. Each has one or several different types.
Firstly, there is the hydraulic flow control valve, which is further classified into five different types according to its purpose.
Type 1: Throttle valves, which are able to spend very little to keep the elements running consistently.
Type-2: the collector valve, which serves to bring together the flow of two actuating elements to create a greater pressure to achieve the desired effect.
Type 3: Speed regulating valve, which as the name suggests is used to regulate the throttle. It is able to keep the flow rate in the throttle stable, thus keeping the speed of movement of the element stable.
Type 4: Diverter valve, which enables two parallel components of the same hydraulic source to receive equal hydraulic pressure values.
Type 5: Diverter and collector valves, which combine the two functions of diverter and collector, only need to set the type.
Next, we have pressure control valves, which we can divide into three types based on their purpose. The first type of pressure reducing valve, which can stabilise and control the pressure of the hydraulic manifold is lower than the pressure of the hydraulic circuit.
The second type is the relief valve, also called the protection safety valve. It controls the hydraulic system to maintain a certain pressure. When a failure occurs, the valve port automatically opens to let the hydraulic fluid escape. This prevents the hydraulic system from sustaining damage due to excessive pressure. The third is the sequence valve, the valve is through the hydraulic pressure to a series of continuous movement, is also the most advanced one.
The third is the directional control valve, it has a reversing valve and a single valve. The first type is the directional valve. It functions like a central processor, allowing easy replacement and reconfiguration of hydraulic piping. You can change it at any time to direct hydraulic fluid into different pipelines. According to its driving method, we can divide it into manual and sub-manual types. The second type is the check valve. This valve allows the liquid to flow in only one direction and prevents it from flowing back.
