Cleaning of hydraulic solenoid manifold
Cleaning is an essential part of the hydraulic solenoid manifold manufacturing process. Hydraulic systems equipped with common servo valves require fluid cleanliness of ISO4406 class 15/12. In order to avoid contamination of the valve plate affecting the fluid cleanliness, the hydraulic solenoid manifold must be cleaned before they can be used.

Rough Cleaning
Rough cleaning is carried out on the kerosene cleaning table, and kerosene is used as the cleaning liquid.

Put the valve plate into the kerosene tank, use the oil pump to circulate the oil, use the oil gun to rinse the surface of the valve plate and the holes repeatedly, remove the residual lubricant, dust and particles of impurities until the kerosene flowing out of the holes is free of pollutants.

Rough cleaning in a relatively independent clean room to prevent atmospheric dust pollution; the operator should wear fiber not easy to fall off the work clothes, work cap, to prevent fiber, dust, hair, dander, etc. scattered caused by man-made pollution.

After cleaning the hydraulic solenoid manifold is not allowed to wipe with cotton, linen, silk and chemical fiber fabrics to prevent the shedding of fibers from contaminating the system. Blow-dry with clean, dry compressed air after cleaning.

After cleaning, do not place the hydraulic solenoid manifold directly on the ground. Instead, cushion it with wooden rows and wrap it in plastic film.
delicate cleaning
A hydraulic oil flushing machine carries out fine cleaning, using hydraulic oil as the cleaning fluid. Connect the hydraulic solenoid manifold to the flushing circulatory system. It uses low-pressure high-flow hydraulic oil. The system repeatedly flushes the various oil lines and circuits of the valve plate. Figure 1 shows the hydraulic principle diagram of the flushing machine. Select the appropriate size of the pump to open to achieve fine cleaning. This ensures that the hydraulic oil is turbulent. It is important to control the hydraulic oil temperature so that it does not exceed 60℃. The flushing time should be 72 hours or more. During the flushing process, by changing the direction of the pulse solenoid valve, **it** can improve the quality of the flushing effect.
