1、Valve block body
The valve block body is the key component of the integrated hydraulic system. It serves not only as the mounting carrier for other hydraulic components but also as the channel body that connects their oil circuits. Typically, valve block bodies are rectangular and made from steel or malleable cast iron. They feature various installation holes related to the hydraulic valves, including oil holes, connecting screw holes, positioning pin holes, as well as public oil holes and connecting holes. To ensure the correct aperture connection and avoid interference, special attention is sometimes given to the process of setting up these holes.
A relatively simple valve block body typically has at least 40 to 60 holes. In more complex designs, there can be hundreds of holes. These holes create a crisscrossing network of passageways. The holes on the body of the valve block come in a variety of forms such as light holes, step holes, and threaded holes. These holes are generally straight and easy to process on ordinary drilling machines and CNC machine tools. Sometimes for special connectivity requirements are set into oblique holes, but rarely used.

Hydraulic valves are generally standard parts. These include various types of plate valves, cartridge valves, and stacked valves. We mount them on the valve block body using connecting screws. This setup achieves the control function of the hydraulic circuit.

These components control the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators. Additionally, they manage oil inlet, oil return, and oil drain functions.
