1、 the surface roughness of the mounting valve and flange on the blain valve block should reach Ra0.4, and the surface roughness of the sealing surface of the end pipe connector should reach Ra3.2. In addition, the perpendicularity tolerance between the screw holes of the mounting pipe connector and its outer fitting surface should be at least 8 levels.
2、 Ensure all screw holes on the valve block meet machining accuracy requirements, generally choosing 7H. Follow the product samples’ requirements for the machining accuracy of threaded cartridge valve mounting holes. Maintain a roughness of Ra0.8 for cartridge valve mounting holes. Additionally, adhere to the specified size and shape tolerance requirements. 0-ring groove surface roughness Ra3.2, the general surface roughness of the runners Ra12.5.
3、 high-pressure valve block preferably 35 forged steel, general valve block using A3 steel or ductile iron, in the use of gas cutting from the plate when cutting the valve block material, there should be enough machining allowance, it is best to forge the valve block blank before processing. Processing of the valve block material to ensure that the internal organisation of dense, there shall be no interlayers, trachoma and other defects, if necessary, the blank should be flaw detection. Cast iron blocks and larger steel blocks should be aged and pre-treated before machining.
Blain valve block design considerations
1、 blain valve block design, the oil circuit should be as simple as possible, to minimise deep holes, slant holes and process holes. Ensure the valve block’s aperture matches the flow. Pay special attention to maintaining enough through-flow area in the hole. Match the direction and location of the inlet and outlet with the system’s overall layout and pipeline connection form. Consider the technology’s installation and operation, whether vertical or horizontal, and ensure the installation meets the requirements.
2、 for the work of the components to be adjusted, the design should take into account the convenience of its operation and observation, such as relief valves, speed control valves and other adjustable components should be set in the position of the adjustment handle for easy operation.
3、 must often repair components and key components such as proportional valves, servo valves, etc. should be in the valve block above or outside, in order to facilitate the disassembly and installation. In addition, set up a sufficient number of pressure points in the valve block design for debugging purposes. For valve blocks weighing more than 30 kg, include screw holes for lifting. However, ensure the valve block volume is as small as possible while meeting all requirements.
