Meaning of hydraforce hydraulic solenoid valve symbols:
Hydraforce hydraulic solenoid valve symbols by the box, arrow, ‘T’ and character composition. Hydraulic solenoid valve graphic symbols generally mean the following:
1、 with a box indicating the valve’s working position, each box indicates a solenoid valve working position, that is, ‘bit’. There are a few boxes that there are a few ‘bit’, such as two three-way that there are two working positions. The above figure of ‘non-energised’ and ‘energised’ is two different working positions.
2、 Identify the normal position. Hydraforce hydraulic solenoid valve has two or more working positions, one of which is the normal position, that is, the spool in the non-energised position. For two-position valve, the use of spring reset two-position valve is close to the spring in the box of the access state for its normal position. For three-position valves, the neutral position in the graphic symbol is the normal position. 4、 The symbol ‘T’ in the box indicates that the interface is not available.
5、 The number of interfaces connected to the outside of the box is several, which means several ‘passes’.
6、 Generally, the letter P indicates the inlet end of the fluid, R indicates the outlet end, and A and B indicate the interface connecting the valve and the actuator.
In the example below, the two-position three-way HydraForce hydraulic solenoid valve has two operating positions. It has three venting ports. These ports include the inlet port (P), the operating outlet port (A), and a bleeder port (R). When the HydraForce hydraulic solenoid valve is energized, ports P and A are open. When it is de-energized and returns to its normal state, ports R and A are open.
