The hydraulic manifold in an actual hydraulic system consists of the valve block body along with various hydraulic valves, pipe fittings, accessories, and other components installed on it.
1、Manifold body
① Manifold body is the key component of the integrated hydraulic system, it is the carrier of other hydraulic components, but also the channel body of the oil circuit connection.
② Manufacturers generally use a rectangular shape for manifold bodies, and they typically make them from aluminum or malleable cast iron.
③ Manifold body distribution with the hydraulic valve mounting holes, oil holes, connecting screw holes, positioning pin holes, and public oil holes, connection holes, etc., in order to ensure that the aperture is correctly connected and does not interfere with the process of setting up holes sometimes.
④There are at least 40-60 holes on the relatively simple manifold body, and hundreds on the slightly more complex ones, which constitute a crisscrossed network of holes.
⑤ The manifold body features various types of holes, such as light holes, stepped holes, and threaded holes. These holes are generally straight and easy to process using ordinary drilling machines and CNC machines.
2、Hydraulic valve
Hydraulic valves are generally standard parts. They include various types such as plate valves, cartridge valves, and stacked valves. These valves are mounted on the manifold body using connecting screws. This setup allows them to realize the control function of the hydraulic circuit.
3、Connector fittings
①Fittings connect the external piping to the manifold.
② Various valves and manifolds compose the hydraulic circuit. They control the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators. They also manage the oil, return oil, and drainage. To achieve this, they must connect to the external piping.
4, other accessories
Including pipeline connection flange, process hole plugging, oil circuit seals and other accessories.
