1.LS hydraulic relief valve block working principle
When the LS hydraulic relief valve block opens, by limiting the pressure of the red line oil circuit, it makes the differential pressure reducing valve cut off and tends to close, realising the pressure cut off of the corresponding commutation link, but at the same time the other commutation links work normally.

2. Difference between LS hydraulic relief valve block and pressure cut-off on load-sensitive variable pumps
The LS hydraulic relief valve block mainly realises the pressure cut-off function of the corresponding working link, while the pressure cut-off function on the load-sensitive variable pump mainly realises the pressure cut-off function of the whole system. One is the total, one is each reversing joint.
3. Load-sensing manifolds eliminate the need for LS hydraulic relief valve blocks and constant differential pressure reduction.
If there is no compound action in some equipment, there is no need to install a constant differential pressure reducing valve for load sensitive manifold valves, because the differential pressure at the manifold valve port can be made constant by means of a flow control valve on the load sensitive variable pump. Since the differential pressure of the flow control valve on the load-sensitive variable pump (approx. 14 bar) is greater than that of the constant differential pressure reducing valve on the load-sensitive multivalve (approx. 6 bar), the flow capacity of the load-sensitive valve is slightly increased. Based on the operating principle of the LS hydraulic relief valve block, these load-sensitive multi-way valves do not require installation.

4.Application occasions
(1)Whether or not to select a commutated LS hydraulic relief valve depends on whether there is a need to limit the working pressure of the A/B port. Although the same multi-way valve can control various load conditions, differences in load pressure are inevitable due to the different reversing work. This is especially true when part of the cylinder actuator often reaches the end of its travel. As a result, it leads to holding pressure or significant system shock.
Considering the safety of the system and the stability of the cylinder lever, it is sometimes necessary to install an LS hydraulic relief valve. This valve limits the pressure of the corresponding reversing working union A/B port.
(2) Typically, users do not use LS hydraulic relief valve blocks in conjunction with a secondary.
5.Set pressure
It is lower than the setting pressure of the main hydraulic relief valve block. Additionally, it is lower than the setting pressure of the load-sensitive variable pump pressure cut-off valve.
