At this point, the following measures should be taken:
(1) Check the seal of the oil tank. If the seal is bad, replace the oil seal with a new one; if the seal is good, open the lid of the tank, add an appropriate amount of clean cooling water or cold air, and mix it well. Then, tighten the top cover of the oil tank.
(2) Compare the thermocouple on the heater with the temperature of the relevant components in the system. If the difference between the two is large, it indicates that the heater has absorbed excessive heat from the system, causing the oil to overheat. In this case, you need to adjust the heater appropriately. Conversely, if the difference is small, it indicates that air has leaked into the system. You should then reconnect the joints of each pipeline to ensure no air leakage occurs.
(3) Check the filter on the oil return line. If you find a blockage, clean it in time. If you find damage to the filter, replace it promptly.

2、 The hydraulic pump abnormal noise:
In the work, if the hydraulic pump is found to have abnormal noise, may be due to the following reasons:
(1) Empty suction: When empty suction occurs, there is no liquid flow in the pump, therefore, during the start-up process, there will be a large noise. At this time, just add enough to the pump to the specified rated pressure, you can troubleshoot.
(2) Wear and tear: The gap between the bushing and the journal gradually increases due to prolonged use. This increase in gap size leads to greater frictional resistance at the gap. Ultimately, this results in an increase in sound. In this regard, just measure the value of the clearance there with a percentage meter and then repair it as required. In addition, regularly keep the area between the shaft and tile clean. This practice prevents impurities from entering and helps avoid aggravating the wear.
3、 the valve group issued by the abnormal sound:
When the action of the executive element is not smooth, or the action speed is too slow, the system will issue an abnormal sound from the valve group. This can happen due to the relative movement between the moving parts or external interference affecting the executive element.
