Therefore, changes in load pressure and the effects of various shock pressures will inevitably interfere with the internally controlled control pressure. Therefore, when designing a cartridge valve system, one must carefully calculate the pressure changes in each pathway. It is also essential to clearly understand these changes throughout the entire cycle. It’s crucial to analyze the shock pressure interference during the action conversion process, especially in the internal control mode. You need to pay attention to the use of shuttle valves and check valves. Otherwise, it will cause uniform misoperation or lead to the entire system malfunctioning.

The installation and connection dimensions and requirements of the two-way cartridge valve should be in accordance with national standards.
